Swiss chard, Bunch

Green leaves and bright colored stems. Mild and tasty. Can be used as a substitue for spinach or kale.  Can be eaten cooked or raw. Swiss chard is a nutritional powerhouse -- an excellent source of vitamins K, A, and C, as well as a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, and dietary fiber.
