Join us at Stone Circle Farm for an intimate, multi-course dinner shaped by the early spring season.

This menu is built from what the land is offering right now—tender greens, young roots, fava beans, and herbs—brought together with fire, fermentation, and thoughtful technique. Each course reflects the moment it comes from, balancing brightness with depth and simplicity with intention.

The evening begins with a progression of snacks, followed by a seated, coursed dinner designed to move at a natural pace. This is not a fixed idea of spring—it’s what it tastes like right now, on the farm.
