Yu Choy

  Yu choy is sweet and mild in flavour and has a texture in between spinach and rapini.  It is an especially good source of vitamins C and K and also contains some fiber which improves digestive health and helps reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.

  • Consider it a strong contender for the green content in your next stir fry, soup, lasagna, pizza. Or if you want to keep it simple, braise it in a cast iron pan with oil, ghee or duck fat, soy sauce, an acid such as rice vinegar, and chili sauce.
