Mild flavored with a hint of butter taste, yukina is great in a stir-fry, can be eaten fresh in a salad, you can put it in your juicer or in a smoothie. You can also blanch it and freeze it for use in the winter in soups and stir-fries.  Use in recipes in place of other asian greens or spinach.


Store unwashed, wrapped in a damp paper towel in a plastic bag. Will keep in refridgerator drawer for a week.
