Sesame Spring Veggie Slaw

Cook Time:





  • 3-4 carrots, Cut into matchsticks

  • 3-4 beets, Cut into matchsticks

  • 1/2 pint snap peas 6-7 bias cuts per snap pea (2 inch pieces)

  • 3-4 radish, thin half moon cuts

  • Some fresh chopped parsley

  • You can also add sliced scallions, cabbage, fresh peas, any other veggies you like.

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

For Dressing:

  • 1/2 c rice wine vinegar

  • 1/3 c honey

  • Tablespoon soy sauce

  • Tablespoon sesame oil

  • Tablespoon fresh diced ginger

You will have extra dressings which is perfect for some of our lettuce!


Step 1: Prepare all veggies and toss in bowl. 

Step 2: Mix all ingredients from dressing.

Step 3: Add dressing to slaw and toss.

Step 4: Top with sesame seeds

You will have extra dressing for salads!
